So while installing my front suspension yesterday i realized i have a tranny leak. it looks like its coming from the driveshaft seal. there was tranny fluid all over the surrounding so and im gonna take it in to the stealership today. at 25k miles i didnt see this coming.

This happened to mine right after I got it back in August @ 20kmi... turned out it was the yoke of the driveshaft leaking not the seal.

There is a TSB on this (T-SB-0088-10)

"Some 2009 - 2010 model year 2WD Tacoma vehicles may display a small transmission fluid leak through the driveshaft (propeller shaft) slip yoke plug in the center of the yoke. Manufacturing process changes were implemented at the supplier to reduce the possibility of this condition. Replacement of the driveshaft will correct this condition."

The dealer replaced the dirveshaft and all is well again.
