I have a 99 Tacoma that has a 3 inch lift. My drivers side CV boot recently ripped so I bought one and changed it. Ever since then, there has been some leakage, I'm not sure where it's coming from, either it's transmission oil or whatever, I don't know a damn thing. Please help me out, it's my first car so it's very special, plus, I have lots of plans for it.

btw, it's a manual, if that matters...

It's because of your 3" lift, it plays havoc on your CVs.

your oil seal might be leaking diff fluid. did you change the seal, or check the condition of it before reinstalling the front shaft? the seal is located on the diff where the shaft connects to it. if its hard to see where the oil is coming from, you can open the filler screw on the diff and put your finger in it to see the level of the fluid.
