Okay so I have done some searching and so far cannot find the exact answer I'm looking for. Starting out I have 2012 and the DRL socket has three wires, the stock bulbs went out while I was driving to Iowa from Texas. Stopped by auto zone and got some led ones and the resistors to go with them. My DRLs dont work unless I go to parking lights and my turn signals dont work at all, I only want to have where my turn signals work. My question is out of the three wires which ones do I splice? Drivers side the colors are yellow, white with black strip, and green. Passenger side is blue, green, and white wit black stripe. Need help fast because dont feel safe driving so far without them working. Thank you

What are you splicing? The white with black tracer is ground on both sides of vehicle. Green is TAILS (Mod?) Yellow and Blue are the turn signals...

    Posting here also:

I purchased the kit from Amazon a few years back and for some reason per the way things go these days, just getting around to installing them. I want these to come on when the DRL's are turned on and stay on when the headlights come on also. This is the kit that does NOT have the dash switch, it is the kit to tap into the truck's DRL wiring harness. There are 3 wires that connect to the DRL lamp: green, white, and yellow with white stripe. I don't want to interrupt the turning signals at all...like not of us would...but want to make sure I tap into the correct wire to install the LEDs...soooo which wire to tap into?

    Thanks
