I was wondering if anyone had some advice for what LED lights to use. I have a camping set up in the bed of the truck, and would like some lighting back there. I'm interested in having the option for red lights at night and white lights for any other time. It'd be optimal to have brightness adjustment, and a switch that is mounted by the gate and one up near the front of the bed for easy on/off.
I've looked into the RGB light strips from Amazon, but I don't like that it requires a whole power supply and a complicated remote. It might be easiest to have two strips, on of red, one of white.
    Suggestions?

Two rolls of LED strips from Amazon, some aluminum flat stock and some thinking and I came up with this:

Nice! That's pretty clean lookin man! It sure would be nice to have all that space to mount tools like you did. Did you have the stick-on type led lights? How well does the adhesive work over time? Do you have the RGB style where you can adjust the color? If so, can you set a color and then not use the remote, just power them on with a switch and have that color turn on? Does it require a power supply or can they just wire straight into the 12v system?
    Thanks!
