So I was just looking around on the web and saw LED off road lights. Upon further investigation, these things look insane! Particularly the ones from rigid industries. They are still kinda pricey right now but they last a long time. 6 hours a day of use they will last 20+ years! Check out this video on youtube. I'm seriously considering getting rid of my KC's and getting something like this instead.

i bought the vision-x solstice cubes picked my beam pattern and if one ever goes down or if i want to place them else where they are modular so it's not a big deal plus i have retros plus arb fogs plus hella 1,000's behind the grill and soon rock lights :) if i hit them all on at one it looks like an alien space ship coming down the road at you.

Vision X reflex here absolutely love it best money ever spent. Only bad thing is my beam pattern is too spot for me so I'm adding some kcs to flood out the sides and get better view in the dunes plus the white light doesn't give shadow so it's hard to see lips and things in the dunes at night. If I could find some color covers to change the tint it would be way more versatile, I suspect its only a matter of time before the make them

light force is the shit as well just different approach. the reason i wanted leds where for low power consumption and small size while still having a ton of light out put. 100 watt halogens are going to put a major load on the alternator.

i have my leds hooked into my high beams so when i need light those plus my retrofit are absolutely blinding and they don't strain the electrical system in any way.
