    Hello All,

It’s been a while since I posted here but I have a question.

I own a 2015 Taco and am considering installing a set of LED strip lights just under the tailgate. I’ve seen quite a few around town (Wilmington, NC) and think they look pretty cool.

So my question is this, will an LED strip that measures 60” fit on my truck? I ask this only because when I measured the space it was 57” or so from side to side. The strip itself is flexible (so the Amazon ad says) and I’m wondering if it might curve around on both sides and therefore work.

I’m just wondering if anyone else here has ever installed any lights like these and if you have, were yours 60” or did you use another length of strip. If you did use another length, what did you use and where did you purchase them?

This is the set I’m considering.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Don't block the hole for the rod to lower the spare tire.

Might use two short strips to clear the hole.

Plasmaglow Firestorm lights, Westin Bull bar, Flyzeye interior console lights
I had a Plasma Glow Fire and Ice light bar and it lasted for couple of years and corrosion from New England winters shorted it out, 1 yr warranty. I replaced it with a Plasma Glow "Trailer Light bar" 2 pieces magnets hold perfect, hole for spare accessible, and LIFETIME warranty. For Tacoma, you need an adapter you can get from Plasma Glow to handle feedback from when headlights are on to turn signal. I have had this light set up for several years now. Here is link from Plasma Glow, but you can get it on Auto Anything and get free ship and discount if you look at it a couple of times and they will email you discount!
