Picked up a pair of SMD LED turn signals and they keep blowing my fuse.

When they do the parking lights don't work and it will light up when you turn on a turn signal, but not while it's not flashing, if that makes sense.

You guys think it's safe to use a higher amp fuse, or do I need to install some resistors?

You probably have a single filament bulb in there, instead of a dual filament. Do you remember the bulb size that is actually in there?
