Damn, sorry to hear about this bad experience!
I'm with Sprig, I bought mine in 2011 and have had nothing but great adventures with it

Operable windows on each side has been great for cross ventilation

    none yet
They should be manufacturing you a new cap. I had the problems with my ARE cap. Windows leaked and were installed crooked. After bringing it to the dealer a couple times and it couldn't be fixed they ordered me a new one. When the new cap came in they swapped them out and sent the other cap back to ARE. For the amount you paid for the cap the dealer and LEER should replace it with no questions asked if they stand behind their product. You need to stay after them until they replace it. Good luck.

Hard top camper...many more to add+
F31E9EC0-7DEE-4119-8C51-36B2BE26C771.jpg From what I understand. Most camper tops are ship without windows. Easier to stack, plus everyone wants to customize what type of windows, etc.
Each seller is only as good as the workers who installs the windows and doors.

My Leer camper for my 2019 TRD long bed. Purchase new. Leer campers are not built exactly to fit the Tacoma beds? Fits all six foot beds midsize trucks.
There is a common leaking problems with the Leer campers on the Tacoma beds. The front part of the cab ( nearest the rear door. ) Leers camper do not sit well on to the bed. You will need to take extra caution to seal this section!

Note: Always buy with a removable rear window for cleaning the outside glass of the Tacoma and camper.
