Is there more leg room (seat goes back further) in a double cab then in a access cab? If so, how much?

I'm 6'4 and can sit in the backseats of my DC with enough head room & leg room. Plenty of leg room up front.

I can't speak for an AC, I've never been in one.

    I failed to be specific...sorry.

I am asking about front driver leg room....in my access cab...my knee bends (not that I expect it to be completely straight) and rubs on the console (close to where the cup holders are) when driving. My leg gets tired if I try and hold it more upright under the steering wheel so I get lazy and let it rest on the console. Gets bothersome after a short while.

    I am 6'3" and about 285 lbs...

Anyone driven both Access and Double cab..and notice a difference in driving leg room?

    You are right...

I wanted the Access Cab for the longer bed (don't like the double cab long beds)....and no one every rode with me, but my wife. Now we are fostering her 1 year old nephew and most likely will adopt... kids and access cabs don't mix.

I'm having a similar problem I'm not going to tell you my height because that wasn't your question. I finally have a free day to try and figure this out I will let you know how it goes
And give a step by step if successful
