If you are able to do a write up / video of the leak down test on this engine it would be awesome. I'm planning on doing one as well and I found a video that is pretty good, but I'm new to this stuff so the more info I can get, the better! Thank you! Hope you find that missing cylinder!

This HAS to be dirty fuel clogging up injectors. I will start at the tank, change fuel filter, clean the injectors. I will inspect, test and clean the whole fuel system

Wet fouling on a plug, 9 times out of 10, point to a blown head gasket.

I'd think the ceramic on the spark plug would have been cleaner(looking whiter than pic) if coolant were leaking into it?

Its not wet from coolant. Its from no compression = no firing. If I understood op, it was soaked in fuel. Only other thing that would cause that is bad igniter but those rarely go.

Jon, if you haven't already, try testing the igniter on that cylinder. Swap in a good one, baring in mind you have to swap the slave cylinder as well.

Yeah that's what I understood as well, plugs were wet from fuel. After mentioning the head gasket, I thought you might've been referring to the wetness being from the blown head gasket. Either way, sounds like the igniter would be worth checking that it's functioning correctly.
Also, does the ECM not allow fuel to pump if it senses that the spark/ignition system isn't working correctly?

Edit: Oh wait a sec, were you saying plugs were wet with fuel and, if it's a blown head gasket, not being able to fire up due to low compression?
Now I see what you were getting at, didn't catch that before if that's what you were saying.

Just an update if anyone is following.....

Leakdown tester failed to show up contacted seller and they did a return.

Started picking at it over the weekend and had to fix and replace the battery cables and give it a good charge. IMG_3393.jpgIMG_3394.jpg

    Yep, look pretty rough.

On a funny note, I want to the dealer to order those cable clamps, told the parts guy I didnt know the part number. He pulls a box of 10 or so from under the counter where he was standing. He say do you mean these? We keep lots of these on hand, he says. Apparently they go bad pretty often.
