Try swapping known good parts off of your good truck. Like the igniter and o2 sensors. Also ECM

iT SOUNDS LIKE ITS RUNNING ON 5 CYLINDERS BUT ECM SAYS 2. It still could be a cam lobe worn off and still open enough for compression test. (sorry about caps)

or valve spring. unheard of though on a Toyota

MY 02 is a Standard and this is a Auto so ECM is different but the rest should change over .....

THANKS FOR ALL THE REPLY'S AND SUGGESTIONS I AM GOING TO TRY TO COMPILE THEM IN THE ONE PLACE AND RECORD MY FINDINGS.

So the weather is COLD and WET so no real progress on this truck.

I have been researching things online Rereading this to make sure i haven't missed anything.

This is my HIT list of things to do in no ORDER

    1. Check computer to see if wiring is hacked up from PO (Checked No hax)
    2. Check ODB codes P0300 general miss fire P0303 miss fire #3 P0306 miss fire #6 P0031 o2 sensor P0300 general miss fire
    3. Take plugs out and clean carbon off with wire wheel (might install the denso that came out of my red truck)
    4. cam lobe worn off (suggestion) EDIT*** Camshaft lobe wouldn't cause two cylinders to miss
    5. coil pack or plug (CHECKED)
    6. Fuel Filter (CHECKED) will clean tank then replace filter
    7. De carbon motor (cleaned but only #3) (ALL DONE)
    8. Move Coil Pulled coils and plugs and switched the around problem did not follow coil
    9. Check compression test (Passed)
    10. Check injectors (checked and clacking)
    11. Clean MAF sensor and t body (CLEANED)
    12. timing issue ?
    13. off align cam pulley to crank
    14. or crack cylinder head ..... hope not :)
    15. igniter (pulled the plug looks good) have not switched out yet
    16. super rich burn pn plugs look equal across all 6. This would seem to indicate a system wide issue
    17. check electrical wires

Just thinking the truck idles fine and clean, just has no power and vibrates like mad at certain rpm If you ease into it the truck will do 100km down the highway Let off the gas and around 80-90 motor vibrates like mad
If it was fuel then the rest of the cylinders would run like crap and that's not happening

And it's odd that the two miss fire cylinders are on the same coil on different banks but I move the coil and the problem does not follow the coil

To check cam lobes you have to pull valve covers to inspect them.

EDIT !!!! STOP I DID THIS WRONG AS I DID NOT READ THE WHOLE POST IN THE LINK. THE BRAKE BOOSTER IS NOT THE CORRECT PLACE TO DO IT, THIS ONLY GETS TO ONE CYLINDER !!!!!!

Also sucked seafoam into the motor, I did this on both trucks, took the vacuum line off the brake booster and sucked it in, turned off for about 30 min and went for a spin and filled the neighborhood with smoke. Did it do anything, unsure but there was a LOT of smoke. Pictures do not do it justice!

Sounds like bad injectors. They can be rebuilt. After it runs, have you checked a spark plug to see if it's wet? Could be a sign of an injector needing rebuild as it wouldn't be spraying that fine mist it should. 'Drippy' air/fuel mix could have a hard time igniting. I am just guessing here. I haven't had any experience with failed/failing injectors personally.

    Nooooo....

You got to read man. Use the PCV vacuum fitting that is right behind your TB, IIRC, hopefully I'm wrong, if you do the brake booster you are dumping all that seafoam into one cylinder. Its probably a very clean cylinder right now...

Either way, dumping it through the PCV fitting will get a much better and more even dispersal through your intake manifold to clean that out, and it will disperse better to each cylinder, cleaning all the valves, etc...

From that fuel filter, two things. You should probably clean your injectors (remove and have professionally cleaned) and you should probably get a new fuel tank or at least clean it out because it looks like its rotting from the inside :(

    This fitting here?:

No, each of those runners are all individual pipes at that point. If that's the fitting you used the join the club; I did it too before someone smarted up and pointed out that all of TW is driving around with one nicely polished cylinder and 5 dirty, neglected cylinders...

I was thinking about ordering a rebuild kit from eBay, going to upick and pulling some injectors and having a go at rebuilding them, then swap them out.
