    Regardless of breed, it is owner responsibility to maintain control of their animals. It was not the dogs fault, just an ignorant stupid owner :mad:. I do hope he gets some sort of justice, but sadly it won't bring back his friend.

    A friend asked if I would be interested in a 3 month old German Short-haired pointer. He breeds them and had given one to his stepson who decided owning a dog was not in the cards. I have been out of the dog business for about a year but manage 3,000 acres of farmland that is perfect for any dog to run around and point out the odd quail, deer and wild hog. The hardest part will be keeping him out of the water because this breed supposedly loves water but we have an estimated 5,000 gators on the property according to our gator trapper who traps on our property..
