NEVER stack lifts. What coils do you have? (885s, 886s or what) How much rear lift?

Well it should not be sagging. Need to some pics to see the issue. Any close ups of shocks and rear would be nice.

You cant stack blocks though, your front suspension lift is basiclly a rubber block in between your shock and coil spring housing and leveling kit is the same thing and it wont work with both of them, if you have a 3" lift already youll clear 33's for sure
