Has anybody lifted/leveled the front and left the rear alone? i have been reading a bunch of threads about front&rear. I know you're supposed to to the 2 together. The reason i ask is in past I had a ranger that I installed "lifted" Ibeams and shocks and left the rear alone. It actually drove better with the rear end slightly "pre-loaded" like that. Just wondering if the same holds true for these tacoso_O thanks in advance for the input:thumbsup:

I did a spacer in the front only and ran it like that for several years until I found Tacoma world:taco:. If you don't want to spend a few grand and want a stiff ride then do it. Otherwise save your money and buy some ADS or King coilovers. If you do any kind of off roading I would stay away from a spacer kit.

I have done my front with 5100s and OME 884s, and now that it's settled I'm deciding what to do with my rear. Currently, I'm about 1.5 inches higher in the front.

I haven't really noticed much difference in the ride quality, but my OEM only had about 40k on them. I would say the front end feels a little stiffer, which is good to me because I thought it felt a bit "squishy" before.

i was looking more into the 5100's and maybe some OME springs down the road, wouldn't do spacers, can't really justify 1K on suspension for the couple of mex trips i have

5100 or 6112 are your best bet on a budget. Lots of people run them and I haven't heard anything bad about them

I did Bilstein 5100'S on the front only. Rear Leaf springs were replaced under the recall by Toyota.
