SOLD Lexus card style key for push-to-start Tacomas

If you're like me and hate the gigantic OEM Toyota keyfob for the Tacomas with push button start, you can eliminate that completely and use this Lexus key instead. Thanks to forum member @Victory for doing the R&D on this, many of us purchased and programmed a specific Lexus card key to our Tacomas. This "key" is similar size and shape to a credit card or ID, and is about the same thickness of 3 of them stacked up. I traded my Tacoma, so now I'm selling the Lexus key. You will have to program it to your Tacoma by using a cable and Techstream, or pay a locksmith or dealership to do it for you. I'm going to throw away the emergency key from this since it was cut for a specific vehicle and can't really be cut for a different vehicle. You don't have to have one, but it is nice in case the battery in the card key goes dead.

There is some wear on the card from being carried next to credit card/ID/etc, but it works beautifully. Someone on the forum even makes little replacement stickers for the Lexus emblem on the card.

Asking $140 shipped, and if you pay that, I'll throw in a Mini VCI cable that works with Techstream so you can program the key and change vehicle options too.

This was one of my favorite mods for the Tacoma. Valet parking is interesting too.

 

Price dropped some, this isn't doing me any good sitting here.
