Lexus F sport LEDs fog lights on 2016 Tacoma.

If anyone else is looking to buy these, and aren't afraid of ordering from offshore, check out carmarka.com. they are in the UAE. On line in the US the cheapest I could find the lights was like $140 each. I ordered from carmarka:

Wondering if anyone ever have these installed. How does it hold up to the moisture and if the light pattern is any good

 

Can confirm aftet having these for about 4 months now they work flawlessly and the output is great.

 

Just put mine in. They work. They look great. I didn't take off the grill. Tried to take off the fog trim and may or may not have broken a clip. I was going yo get sr5 trim anyway. Took 5 minutes a side after figuring out I could get them in with minimal issue.

There is a bit of a gap between the light and the trim though, and I know that's going to bother me.....

 

That does look kind of weird that it doesn't fill up the holes correctly.

 

Got these on eBay. Installed in 15 minutes. Look great. Good output and cutoff.

Yea, I was worried that for $39.99 that I was gonna get some cheap, crappie lights, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Look and fit like OEM. White light and perfect fit.

 

Morimoto LEDs are overated and they prey on ill-informed customers. Lots of their products are rebranded Chinese's. If you're going with Chinese might as well go to the source and cut out the middle man.

 

Looks like I have to spend some money now....Looks GREAT!

 

Happen to have any more photos? Perhaps during the day and from the front? Thinking about doing this but concerned about the black on top and bottom of the oval light.

 

I actually painted the black on the top part of the light. It was more of a charcoal gray. I wanted to match my black truck better. The bottom is unpainted.

 

Thanks for the photos. Apparently these also come on the 2018 Tundra. I see the ones similar to yours on eBay now for $50-70, but I like the look of the OEM ones that still have silver on top and bottom to "round out" the circular fog surround hole. The cheaper ones look to be black or dark on top and bottom. Or maybe its just the way the photos are taken. Not sure.

Welcome to the forum. LED fogs have come a long way since then, I'd highly recommend checking out Diode Dynamics Elite which replicate the Toyota optics at substantially higher output, look OEM and are available in selective yellow.
