I get to shoot deer on Falwell's land next week. Might have to give him a slap on the back and buy him a beer.

A move in the right direction. Awesome.

CC holders are not the ones you need to worry about. Its the rest of the morons without them

Isnt Falwell dead? Oh well, I just got back from Lynchburg this past tuesday and tried out the SnowFlex ski resort at LU. It sucked, nothing like real snow, duh. My grandparents have 22acres about 10 mins from Liberty and you could easily hunt on their property. I've seen deer and wild turkeys by the boat load and they have seen quite a few other game as well.

Kinda funny, my grandpa is 87yrs old and is damn near out of ammo. He told me that someone asked for his I.D. last time and he skipped it because he didnt want anybody (the Guv'ment) to know if he has ammo or not, Its none of their damn buisness! So I went out and bought him a couple boxes of .38spcl and a brick of .22lr. that should tide hime over until the next time! :D I love my Grandparents, they are good people!

    Incorrect.

Private property owners should be allowed to decide whether or not to allow firearms onto their property, or deny access.

    Example:

OWNER: "You can't bring that gun into my house/office/store."

CARRIER: "I will take this with me everywhere I go."

    OWNER: "Get off my property."

It should always be up to the property owner to decide the level of access they allow, since they are the ones who are responsible for the liability and insurance.
