I'm from Lexington Ky, wife's always been a Toyota driver since she started driving at 16, her dad owned a Marathon station and wanted his daughters and wife to drive cars he wouldn't have to fix much.

I've been a Ford driver since say one but have had a Nissan hardbody and had a 2004 Reg. Cab Tacoma for a year before getting a Ford Sport-Trac in 2007. I'm not here to say Ford has done me wrong or anything like that, I still love older Mustangs and still want to buy another Cobra 5.0 for my garage.

But.....this new Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab I've purchase has really impressed me. It's white with the Off-Road pkg and I really love the quality and can easily tell the detail and build design are excellent. Like many others, I'll have to fix my MP3 to Aux. low-volume issue - probably will add an amp and have the aux jack changed out for starters.

Easy to see why so many Tacoma owners are out there - I wanted Ford to bring it's Euro Ranger to America but Ford will hold on to it's F150 crown at all costs - the older Ranger had it's day but is light years behind the Tacoma - love this truck so far.

    Glad to join the club!!

A little of this and a little of that.
    Welcome.

Nothing wrong with a Mustang or F-150 IMO.

    Enjoy your new Tacoma!

Welcome. Never had low volume issue with my aux plugged to my iPhone. And yea current ford rangers are years behind. I drive one everyday for work and I tell ya, you gotta watch your speed going around slight curves on freeway with minor bumps. The Rear end would jump away from ya!

I'm reading that alot about the Ipod, currently I have a Sony MP3 Walkman. Probably will switch to an Ipod but really dread having to sync all my files to the Ipod - guess it won't too bad though. Thanks to all.
