lift in canada

who in canada has bilstein 5100 front shocks? where did you get them and how much did u pay. the quote im getting from my local 4x4 shop is $169 can each side so $338 can witch is way more than the toytec web site is asking. he said it had something do do with broker fees and all that. any help would be awesome. thanks my canadian brothers and sisters lol

 

Venom I'm in Saint John and I had my front 5100's and rear 5125's shipped to Calais ME and saved a PILE 'o cash. I ordered them from Downsouth Motorsports which is an official vendor here and they offer TW member discounts. Check this link out for pricing on the fronts for a reference. Seems to me that shipping was minimal as well.

With the strong Loonie right now the exchange will be low and you will pay 15% at the border but you are still a LONG way away from your quote. PM me if you would like more info on having packages shipped to Calais.

I think downsouth may be increasing their prices on 5100s pretty soon so you might want to check on that

 

is there anyway to get it from calais to me in riverview new brunswick. i guess if i have to i can drive there but still more time and money. but u got to do what u got to do eh lol

I ordered the adjustable 5100's from www.bilsteincanada.com and paid about $250 CDN for the pair shipped to my door in Calgary. They're based out of British Columbia so no broker fees, duties/taxes and exchange rates.

Quick service and excellent customer service too. I would definately buy from them again.

You have to use a different year when entering your vehicle info. Tacoma shows up if you use 2008 as a model year.

Front:
5100 Series Ride Height Adjustable Front (BE5-C475-H0)

Rear:
5100 Series Rear (BE5-C476-H0) 0-1" Lift
