Does anyone have recommendations on where to go to get an Icon Stage 4 lift kit installed on a 2018 Tacoma in or as close to Boston as possible? Also what to expect to pay for labor would be appreciated.

Alternatively if someone knows what they are doing and wants to help after I get the kit, let me know. Sadly I dont have a garage so I'd have to find somewhere else to do it.

I would recommend painting your shocks with a clear coat if it's a DD and you want them to look nice for a long time

Thanks! I was just reading into that. Do you have a recommended clear coat? Should it be done before the install? Its not a DD, but it does sit outside 24/7 right now.

I haven't done it but @dc welding has and I believe he just used automotive grade clear with some added hardener.

    Hello,

@jpereira2 is correct. I coated front and rear suspension before installing. Tapped the rods and light scuff on everything. I put on 3 good coats of automotive clear with hardener. So far it’s holding up great. I’ve been driving the truck a lot more lately to see if the rain would affect it. It’s holding very well.
