Truck looks good. I went with the bilstein 5100's and eibach coils. Havent had an issue, did get the needle bearing noise, but after i installed the diff dop that has went away. No other vibrations or clunking. It tightened the truck up, and my wif actually likes to go places with me in it now. Very pleased so far with it.

Was the needle bearing noise something that you noticed right away?

    Thanks!
I'll have to keep that in mind, considering I just got back on the road this morning.

They're 16" SCS SR8 in Gunmetal, wrapped in 285/75r16 Cooper Discoverer MTP. I love them so much more than my old set up

A little of this and a little of that.
Regrets...not doing a lift kit sooner and doing the install by myself.

not bad at all..that said, your travel up front and the type or driving you will be doing affects what, where and how much you will be trimming...

I did the CMC and hammered the pinch weld to start, and just trim plastic as it rubs. I wheel my truck though.

Looks good man! I'd like to get into wheeling but since mine is my daily driver I'm skeptical

I was the same way! I DD mine too. If it's possible where you are, just find something really mild. That's what I did and now I'm hooked. The first couple hours that I got a scratch from a branch (pin stripe) I would cringe so hard. Now I really don't give a shit about it. It'll buff out

You should check out the Central KY thread. Or any thread started by @Bluegrass Taco lol, he has organized a few meets for the fall. The 5th annual LBL meet is next March, here is a link to 4th annual LBL meet and pic thread. We met up at the OffroadOffroad Expo in Louisville and made a run to Red River Gorge this summer, always something going on. You're close to some of the TN meets too in Allen co., may check out the Official Tennessee Thread for TN meet

I started 4-wheeling more than 40 years ago....Did my time in the woods, then calmed down a little....Now I'm back at it again, just older, more laid back, and slower. Most of the rides I plan are low keyed, catering to the stock to mildly modified guys for the most part. A few of us have a run planned @ Black Mountain (Harlan Ky) Oct 21/22/23. Also a trip to Dirt Devil (Near Franklin Tenn) on Nov 12th. Working on a day trip in late Sept, just not sure where yet. Then there'll be a few winter rides probably in Hoosier National Forest or around Mammoth Cave Natl Park. These will be mostly dirt roads, probably on a snowy day. The group we have going to Harlan in October will be everything from fully modded Toyota FJ 'Cruisers, to Range Rovers, and all points in between. VERY diverse group. Always an interesting bunch!

As Beertimecontinuum mentioned, watch Official Central Kentucky Thread....That's where I usually post details of any runs I'm involved in.

Searched for sway bar links damage after lift and I found your post.

I noticed the boots of my links are torn on both sides about 5k mi after my 2" lift. Curious what you do to help with this issue.
    Thanks

A lot of people will say to just remove it.
A lot of other people will say keep it.
But you can replace those links for the swaybar, takes an Allen wrench in the end of the bolt to loosen then off
Hope that helps a little bit!

I'm keeping it on for sure. I searched for link extensions and people were saying to just weld on an extension. I want it to be an engineered part, not just guess work.

    thanks
