lift with a shell?

    i was planning on doing the billy lift, billys on all 4 corners with a 1.5 AAL for the rear. my question is if i have a camper shell (leer 100r) on would i be better off with a 2" AAL instead to make up for all the extra weight? i want it to be a lift thats 3" or close too and that looks level with the shell on since i plan on keeping it. if you know of another good lift that would fit what im looking for please give me the info. thanks
