Lift with intake?

98 tacoma extended cab sr5 4 cyl 2.7L 5-spd. You guys always help me out and I got another question for you. Already got magnaflow muffler and exhaust, this week I'm getting headers put on along with oversized downpipe, magnaflow catalytic converter and catback. In a month and a half or so I'm lifing it 6 inches with 37" tires. Wanted to know if cold air intake would fit with the lift kit and headers. The cold air intake I'm looking at is the K&N 57 Series Generation 2, if it matters. Thanks a lot guys

 

I would say it should fit i have the same truck year and my CAI has plenty of room around the headers

 

Why would a body lift affect the CAI and headers

 

oh crap why am i so stupid i forgot it mounted to the fenders we had a problem a while back a customer had 3 inch body and 6 inch frame (holy crap what a lift) and had problems with installing the CAI
