98 tacoma extended cab sr5 4 cyl 2.7L 5-spd. You guys always help me out and I got another question for you. Already got magnaflow muffler and exhaust, this week I'm getting headers put on along with oversized downpipe, magnaflow catalytic converter and catback. In a month and a half or so I'm lifing it 6 inches with 37" tires. Wanted to know if cold air intake would fit with the lift kit and headers. The cold air intake I'm looking at is the K&N 57 Series Generation 2, if it matters. Thanks a lot guys

I would say it should fit i have the same truck year and my CAI has plenty of room around the headers

It will fit with no issue unless you are doing a body lift. The headers wouldn't interfere with an intake.

Why would a body lift affect the CAI and headers

A body lift does what it says, it lifts the body. The intake sits on the inner fender so the mounting point goes up while the engine stays where it is at. This can cause mounting issues. The headers would be fine.
