Thats unfortunate. I think i might either have to go to a 6'' but thats way to much. Any good 5'' lifts?[/quote]

i think TrailMaster made a 5" drop bracket lift for the first gens...

the Pro Comp 4" drop bracket with some custom length adjustable King coilovers would sit you between 5 and 6...

I believe the RCD kits comes with a 4 inch block for the rear. Correct me if I'm wrong Mark.

3"toytech lift 285 m/t's w/ toyota tundra wheels grillecraft billet grille 10k HID'S tinted tails fog-light mod westin ultimate series b-bar custom 5 on 5% tint-all around w/ strip debadged ..much more
hope this helps. i have a 3" lift, with 285/75 M/T's. before putting the 1.25" wheel spacers on, i had no rubbing at all. after i put them on, i had very minor rubbing, only at full lock pulling into an uphill entrance/parking lot. the rubbing is VERY minimal to the point of me finding it un necessary to do any trimming.

Look around, I have a 2nd gen but my friend with a 1st gen said there are a lot more options out there for lifts between 3" and 6".

nothing, all stock expect got a OE replacement air filter K&N.
i suggest staying with your current lift and get new set of wheels for it. making it higher as to 6 inch will look awkward with your current wheels. or should you planning on buying 35s for em.

I'm diggin it. What brand/model tires are those? And maybe a dumb question but why would adding spacers make it rub?

By the way since with the 2.5'' lift in the front my truck is still a little un level I might opt for the 3'' lift spring from toytec. Got a few questions tho..

This will make it ride better than a spacer lift right?

For the install will i only need to remove the shock and then use a coil spring compressor and then re install with the new coil or will there be problems getting this new shock/coil in. The 2.5'' was a pita to get back in. Let me know. Thanks for all your help!

I'm probably going to order some 285/75's next paycheck and get those mounted up and then decide what I should do.
