Lifting My Truck, Just A Few Q's

Hey guys, I'm wanting to put a three inch lift on my truck from ToyTec, just the add-a-leafs and the coils with the donuts, is this a pretty good company and such? My main questions are what size all terrain tires can I put on there with like a 17x9, 17x10 or a 18x9, 18x10? What are y'alls opinions? Also I don't want my tires to stick out more than like an inch past my truck and of course I don't want them to rub the inner wells. One more thing, when I do lift it, is there anything else I need to do, like control arms and all that jazz.
