Just like the title says I'm looking for options for a 20" single row light bar to use in my Pelfreybilt front bumper. I'm sure others have used different light bars than the Rigid SR 20". The distance between the mounts in the bumper is 21 5/8" if that helps at all.

What is the budget you have for the light bar? I mean rigid is good but if you want a cheaper light bar then I recommend AVEC as a good brand to consider.

Trying to stay around $250 or less. My main concern is it fitting in the mounting hole that they designed off of the Rigid light bar but not costing $529

A vendor on here, SLX motorsports has some that are really similar in size. The height and depth are the same but the length is a little off.

Trying to figure out the same. I ordered my bumper close to 2 months ago so should be coming soon just on a budget that can't afford rigid stuff.

I used an AVEC 20" double row in mine. I had to modify the bracket for it to fit but it works.

So after some searching I have found a light bar that fits perfectly and are the same dimensions as the rigid light bar. It's rough country's single row 20" light bar. The only modification that had to be done was to widen the grooves to house a larger diameter bolt. The cost was $179 vs rigids $529.

What did you use for the smaller LED pods? Roughcountry also? Are they a flood or spot beam?
Also, is the bar a combo spot/flood also? I've ordered my bumper, but hoping to get the lights before it comes.

I ordered the smaller pods from @Raxman80 and they are just a spot beam. The light bar is just a spot beam also. They throw out more than enough light for me.

What grooves did you have to widen? Thx.

Sorry for the super zoomed in picture. If you look at the mounting spots for the light bar it's two c groves that it mounts to. The hardware that comes with the rough country light bar is a larger diameter than the mount was designed for so I just took a dremel bit and made it fit.

Ok. I see. I got the LED bar earlier today. Gonna mount it when I get home. The bumper is still in the Garage. Thanks for the info.

I run an 18inch diode dynamics SS18 series bar - combo version with a wide flat pattern on the outter 6inches of both sides and the middle 6 inches is a forward driving pattern. Made a custom spacer to fill the space on either side. I'm a vendor for diode dynamics so let me know if you're looking for one.
