Ob1-Adobe - that's nice! Any info on Knight Rider style?
    Any pics of your setup?

Do you have a link to a night rider style light bar that will fit into the scoop?

    I was kidding. LOL

I have TRD OR. I do not even have a hood scoop. Someone has done Knight Rider style though. I have seen it.

Does anyone have a source for a panel switch that says scoop lights like the poster that used the Diode Dynamics light?

So, I know I'm new here, and not to be debbie downer and all that, but maybe someone should mention to check local laws regarding non-standard lighting. In certain parts of Washington state I believe it is illegal to have lights positioned in your vehicle that are not from the factory or at least a factory option, and not brighter than a certain output, and I *know* you can't have red/blue lighting at all. For obvious reasons. Heck, even getting darker tinted windows has netted folks some sizeable tickets if you get a b*tchy cop...

I think most people here understand that. The light should only be used as a high beam or for visibility purposes (eg. camping, off roading at night, increasing visibility at home). Someone mentioned running it with the high beam relay which would make it functional but also safe for driving.

Disclaimer: Not intended to be political, but it seems there are a lot things that appear to be illegal in Washington and Oregon.

I just want to do this to blind the $..t out of the jack@sses who tend to drive around my area with their high beams on because one of their low bulbs is burned out.
