    It'd be simple to make a crossbar and mount your lights on it. It's be even simpler to buy a single Yakima or Thule bar and feet off ebay and mount your lights to that. Both companies make light mounts for their bars. Secure your wires so that they don't slap around in the wind and damage your paint.

    Mounting the basket without the bars is a little more complicated but not much. Get some of the nuts that go in the tracks, a pair of 3/4" or 1" square tubing as wide as your tracks and some bolts. Mount the square tubing as low profile crossbars then mount the basket to the bars. There have been several examples on ExPo that you may be able to find.
