    Hello all,

I would like to add a Rigid Light bar to my '17 Pro but uncertain if I want to have the grill cut. Are there other Rigid light mounting options without cutting? I know about caliraised but wanted to know if the grill can melt over time? Does any one do professional install of them? Thanks in advance. BVP

That's the bracket on the left side. I guessing with all the driving and vibration it rubbed thru the plastic grill

LED bars won't produce enough heat to melt your grill at all, I can't find a good enough picture but why not mount behind the grill?

Apex has stealth mounts that go behind that area. I don't see why they wouldn't support light bars other than caliraised.

Just go with Cali Raised stealth mount bar with the Apex brackets. It'll save you a few hundred bucks and the brightness redefines white. Very-high quality.

Agree 100%. I just installed a Cali 5D (spot/flood) and you will not be disappointed. The light is super bright and easy to install. Two people would of helped, but I was able to install myself.

If you like the look of the single row bar you can put that behind the grill as well instead of flush mounting it, that's what I did.

What are the actual mounting width between the brackets @SDHQ OFFROAD ? 30" or 32" I know rigids 30" sr series are actually like 31.5+ so just wondering what the mounting width available is.

I really like the Rough Country kit. Ships for $269, and you can update the bar later I f you want. Buddy has the Colorado kit, and it's a decent light bar. If I don't do a full bumper I for sure am taking this route. The link has a bunch more pics. I have also heard good things about the Cali Raised brackets.

Its the Baja Designs fog kit. PM and I can get you set up.

No issues with the A-Pillar lights. The XL80s are a little big up there but its worth it for the crazy amount of light they put out.

What brand of bar are you looking to mount back there? I did see your order come through this morning so I will get it out for you today

lights are very much a "get what you pay for item" Baja Designs lights are made in the United States and feature technology that is not found in other cheaper brands that allow them to drive their LEDs more efficiently and to higher capacitys without sacrificing the life span of the LED.

A pair of XL80s is putting out 19,000 lumens.
