Light question

I'm looking into replacing some lights on my Tacoma, headlights, fog lights, reverse lights, maybe more..
And I was wondering would this light

Fit all/any of the listed lights? H11 bulbs are H11 bulbs so it should fit anywhere correct? Is this light okay for my headlight, meaning there is a $90 option that includes an additional piece to the light, fan I think I'm not too familiar with lights. Thank you for the help!
