I’m running VLEDS (low and high beam and their switchback turns) in the USR pro style headlight housings been pretty happy with them.

The lights you link to will be much worse performing than stock, OEM assemblies will perform the best. You just need a better light source. Most the LED drop in stuff does not work as well as advertised.

Take a look at this thread for 3rd Gen headlight upgrades, with lots of testing and data backed info:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-hid-vs-led-vs-halogen-h11-projector-headlights.589465/

For best headlight performance recommendations check out posts #2 and 3.

Long story short the Philips H9 mod will offer the best performance for a drop in product short of HID (which will produce significant glare). And the best performing unit overall is the Morimoto XB replacement assemblies, though their peak intensity is not that much better than the H9s and the high beam is a downgrade. All photos and data in the above thread.
