Due to a logistical mistake in the ordering of our sheet stock, we are pumping out a batch of 11 Gauge cross bars.

They are normally 14 Gauge: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/273017-bed-brackets-pic-heavy.html

These will be 60% thicker, and will weigh more, but the price of the bars and the price of shipping will remain the same.

Get 'em while they're HOT: http://www.kbvoodoo.com/shop/

And the TW promo codes still apply.

Promo Code is TWBEDBRACKETS to save $10 on a pair.

Promo Code is TWBEDBRACKET to save $5 on a single.

Hey Kevin. I'm interested in a pair of 11 gauge cross bars. How much is shipping to 05478?

How do I request the 11 gauge cross bars when ordering?

I just held the first 11 GA cross bar in my hands, and I really like it.

For those of you who already have my crossbars, or are considering purchasing a set, I pose the following question:

Would you pay a little more for a thicker bar, or would you rather just buy the XRXS or HD bars if you needed a little more beef?

Personally, I would buy the HD bars if I did it all over.

I've been eyeballing your products for awhile now, I was just about set on some HD bars, then I stumbled upon this! I don't plan on doing an RTT, more for carrying kayaks, or an aluminum 8 ft boat. Any idea on the weight capacity of these in 11 gauge now? Wondering if these would support a spare tire, or my 150 lb boat?

Ive always liked the lower profile and smaller width of these, compared to the HD or XRXS. But now with stronger gauge steel, I might have to pick up a set sooner than planned!

Oh cool, I didn't know that was you.

I apologize ahead of time for your stuff smelling like steak, as I will be grilling and packaging at the same time tonight.

It might smell like beer too.....

Ok, it's definitely going to smell like beer.

I have the original set and while they're perfect for my needs, I would've paid a little more for thicker metal. However, depending on the price difference between the regular cross bars and the XRXS, that answer might change.

Limited edition scented cross bars? Sounds cool, ha! Whatever they smell like, if you're packing them already I'm excited! I figured there would be a long build time!

I'd make a scratch & sniff version, but I'm scared to death of what you pervs would ask for. Hahahaha

All my items are in stock, all the time, so shipping generally happens the same night that I get the order, unless I'm swamped.
