    Yes they come with the 3m tape already on the panels. Hardest part is getting the festoon “bulb” connector in. 12V is always at the terminal even with switch off so need to disconnect battery negative terminal to avoid accidentally shorting. I plan on doing an install post maybe next Sunday if I have time.
