Hey guys, realtively new to the Tacoma scene but enjoying it.

I've been researching the type of lift I want but must admit I'm lost.

Bascially what I'd like to do is put a slightly larger tire on the truck (stock right now) and assume I'd need to go up a few inches to accomodate. I don;t want a jacked up truck as this is my only ride and I run about 30,000 miles a year. I was thinking the leveling kit might do it, but not sure.

So I am looking for suggestions or what to do, and what brand to go with.

    Thanks for any leads,
    Jon

Look into the Bilstien 5100's or the OME coil springs and shocks. :)

As Chris said, the best option for you is the Bilsteins. I want the same as you, a minor lift, for the same reasons. Trying to put a 5 month old in a car seat into a truck with a 6" lift would not be my idea of a good idea time.

I was looking at somethign in the $500-1000 price range so the 5100 leveling kit is affordable for sure.
