LM-2 Innovate

Is there any way to add/take away fuel on the URD MAF Calibrator with the lm-2 without putting it on the computer? I downloaded the Logworks CD to my laptop, and when i use the usb cord to connect the LM-2 to the Laptop, it tells me to insert the cd, and when i insert the cd it tells me that the device or some crap cannot be found.. If i go to the logworks on my computer and tell it to find the device, it says no serial port can be found? I dont understand whats going on? Can someone help? Thanks
