loading your quad

can any of you that hall around your quad ,get it in the long box with the tail gate closed ? i have a outlander and would like to find a way to get it in the back with the gate close because i pull a trailer. any pics would be good.

 

I can fit my Yamaha timberwolf In and close the bed. I load with the tail gate off. And never bothered putting the tailgate back on for the trip, always just kept in in the garage and put it on when I got back. Here's a pic, there's about 4inches in the front between the bed and wheels and about 2 In the back. No idea why my pics always come up sideways?

 

I have a Honda TRX that fits - just pull straight in. It's a long bed. My uncle has a 1st gen Tundra, similar bed size. He has a Honda utility that he has to load ass-end first in order to close the tailgate.

 

my quad is to long , way bigger then a honda . i may need some type of ramp.

 

I use ramps. Didn't know you could do it without.
