Locking Tailgate

I just bought a 2007 Tacoma 4 cylinder regular cab with the 6 ft. bed. My tailgate has no lock and I’m getting a bed cover that locks with tailgate. Is there a way to put a lock in the tailgate? If so how expensive would somethin like that cost? Thank y’all!

Do you know of any that would work with a base model Tacoma. It’s like the work truck model. Your instructions were great for the one you replied with which will help when I put in whatever I end up getting.

 

^Yep the P&L handle has a blanking plate if yours doesn't have the backup camera.
