    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    Did awesome. I aired down to 18 as a starting point and didn't get much spinning including that up hill ice start. The thing I regret on this truck so far was not starting with the offroad as a base and I should have gone auto...Although there are some times I like having the stick off road. Still learning how to wheel with the manual.

    I have owned all manual cars, but when I got the truck, I was all about getting an auto. Some do very well with the manual off road. The off rd edition is very nice, but with a front and rear locker from ARB, your rear thirds are much more stout than the 8". Get geared and locked and you will be at the top of the food chain.

    I am already more comfortable with the stick on this last trip than at shoe. I figure a few more months of driving her and wheeling her and I will have no issues.

    The arb lockers are going to be my next big ticket item. One hell of an investment though between the the compressor, tank and 3rd members...might be a post deployment buy...I like the idea of the crawlbox too but lockers are first for sure!!!

    Yes I am happy with both fit and finish. I used rustoleum bed liner.

    After watching folks yesterday though I hope I am making the right decision on no going hi clearance....
