With the holidays I have not been on here as much. If a another get together comes up I would be gain. Although mine is basically stock so as long as its not a trail that goes past stock capabilities.

Hey guys, new here from Syosset in Nassau county, thought I'd introduce myself. Driving a 2012 trd sport DC in magnetic grey. I'm in college upstate right now at Binghamton University, but I'll be back in late may and am definitely interested to get some meets or wheeling together. Ive been a bunch of times to the trails on 112 by exit 64 on the LIE, and have heard about the ones at 68 but havent checked them out personally yet. My truck is still completely stock but ive been pretty impressed with its capabilities off road thus far

Question about exit 68. This the same place everyone takes their quads and dirt bikes? I remember going there as a kid with my friend and his family. Just curious cause I can't remember what exit we use to go to or how to get there once off the LIE.

Yeah basically what a local I met nearby at the sand pit off of 64 said. He also added that they usually wont bother trucks, its more of a noise problem that comes with the bikes/atvs.....but dont quote me on it

Yeah I got called into work for some overtime so never made it down. I called up and you can get the pass up in Sunken Meadow State Park. I've been reading on stripers.com and nor east and no one seemed to really know if anything was going to be open. I hope you're right and everything does re-open. I keep saying I'm going to join them and just never remember to look into it. Going to look into it tonight.

Got my 4x4 permit yesterday for $65. Get them now while you can because April 30th is the deadline and that's it. My friend said they're making good progress on the roadway and I see the beach is progressing slowly??? I hope to go out soon now that I finally got my permit. It'll be first time on the beach and first time with my new truck. Thanks for sharing those pics Brutalguyracing!
