Fuck that when I wanted their bedsides for my second gen I told Tim straight up let me know when he had a pair laying around or to make them first and I'll drive all the way over there to pick it up myself cash in hand. I got lucky I guess in a couple days he calls me back saying he had a pair of bedsides and if I wanted them (they were probably some poor guys that got tired of waiting and backed out) Anyway if you want to order from them best to do it through DMZ or Kartek they will usually have them in when they tell you. If I remember correctly my buddy at ORW said that's why they don't deal with them anymore also.

Yea it's a shame because they really do make the best glass stuff.

I'm just ordering through DMZ, Tim at DMZ says about 2 weeks for him to get glass, so order whenever I'm ready, he's never had an issue with either company for glass

Basically exactly my response on that thread haha, Tim at DMZ said he can get them without a problem and I believe him. But you have to admit in any other industry the kind of customer service that all these fiberglass companies provide would mean a bankrupt company. I had good luck with roadrunner even though they're a lesser known company. They were cheaper and my bedsides were ready in 5 days on the day they promised, I just had to drive to chula vista to get them but they seemed willing to ship too.

It seems like locals and fab businesses have no problems, seeing as how they can put some form of pressure on Tim, but anyone not local really has issues trying to order glass. Well, not order, ordering is fine, but receiving glass or a refund once youve payed for it seems to be the problem. Unfortunately their product speaks for itself pretty well, and there really isnt much competition to make them step up their customer service. Such is the industry though. I will be ordering through Tim@DMZ shortly.

I had my fiberwerx in 5 days through SDHQ. And that's freaking stupid fast for Wyoming.

Thats a little atypical, I think we had a set in stock at the time which is why we were able to get them to you so quickly. Stocking fiberglass is difficult since its fragile and there are so many options but fiberwerx is good to us and their turn around is pretty consistent and timely.

Ive asked this question about wheel studs before and I know you guys are upgrading to arps. But what about on your spacers? I havent had trouble with my stock studs but im running 2 inch spacers in the rear to clear my bypasses and the studs on the spacers are absolute shit. Is it even worth upgrading those to arps or should I just run down to napa and replace with stock tacoma studs?

In other words are you guys buying arps for the stock hubs and then the spacers too?

This is my first technical question so here goes.
    I'm building a 01 DC 4x4. I have Camburg LT Kit.
I'm mocking up the front end Fox 2.0 Bump Stops. My question is (thought process) should I mount the angle of the bump stop, so that if I measured the angle at full bump it would be at 90 degrees with the LCA strike plate? Am I missing something or over thinking this?
In the picture the stop isn't fully compressed. I'm just using it as a reference for my question.image.jpg

Mine are at an angle...no issues, barely clears the coil over...at bump it's at 90 ...don't think it would work the way you are thinking about image.jpg

this is what I'm wondering. Yours are mounted at an angle from the frame. Im curious if yours was cycled to full bump if the inside angle would measure 90 degrees. I think it would be the strongest at 90 degrees.
