Not sure if this is the right place for this or not. But, do you guys think it would be possible to run the camburg LT kit with out fiberglass? My wheels are stock 2nd gen tacoma rims so the BS is somewhere around 5'' if had to guess so they wouldnt stick as much compared to a wheel with 4'' BS. I have 33s now, but my next set of tires will be 35s. I would trim the hell out of the fenders. I dont want to go fiberglass for two reasons,
    1. I want to put an ARB snorkel on sometime in the future which Im pretty sure will not work with fiberglass and
    2. I dont want to have to get a new front bumper to match the extra width of the fenders.

Im going towards an expedition/do it all type truck. Similar to the baja taco but I dont want to run fiberglass. Do you guys think it is possible?

I would trim the fenders about this high, I know its an SAS truck but just gives you an idea because he still has the snorkel. Those tires are 37s

Here is stock vs long travel with fenders stuffed. Since your not afraid to trim im sure you will be ok

Thanks. Do you happen to have any pictures of a kit without fiberglass to see how far the tires stick out?

No I had the fiberglass before the kit. But the kit itself adds exactly 3.5" on each side so if you already have the wheels you want just add 3.5". The up travel is what is going to have the need for cutting. The wheel will travel higher than stock

My plan is to SAS my dads 4runner after college when he gets a new vehicle. It has 200k now and will probably have 300k before I can get my hands on it. It will be the perfect candidate.

I've been debating between the two. But I believe I want to go LT on the taco for a few reasons. Its my DD and I can still easily DD it with LT. I like to go fast sometimes and wouldnt mind going out west sometime and playing in the desert. And its still capable in the rocks. And eventually ill get a crawl box and after that it will be a well rounded rig.
