I am looking for a 4-5 inch suspension lift for my 03 taco DC TRD 4x4. I looked and cant really find many offered in these sizes except for rough country and I heard that their products are not the higest of quality. Found a bunch of companies that make 3 inch and fab tech makes a 6. Im just looking for a 4-5 inch that is a good quality. I have a 3inch on once was mine now is my little brothers, 98 4x4 extended cab (sky jacker) and it looks great sitting on 32's yoko geolanders but I dont think I could have fit 33's on it and thats what I want on my 03. Any information would be appericated.

A 3" lift can fit a 285/75R16 (32.8" tall tire) with none to minimal trimming. You can fit a full 33" with some modification.

There aren't any 4-5" that I know of. They are 3" or 6"

Engage Offroad long travel front and rear with some fat tires.
u get into a 4" and higher lift, you will end up cutting the front crossmember out which is pretty much no turning back... if that aint a major modification, i dont know what is...

like Dan said, you can fit 285-75-16s on 3" of lift...

I see, I see. well what do you guys know about tough country lifts? are they any good? Or should I go with the same sky jacker that I put on my 98 ext cab? The sky jacker is awesome and have had no problems with it but it aint cheap just for 3 inches.

another question that I have is on my 98, I have 32x12.50 and the top A arm or wish bone whatever its really called scrubs just a little while going off road and when I cut her sharp. Is this also going to be a problem on my 03 and if it is, should I get 1/2 or 1 inch wheel spacers or just leave it be?

You are not gona find many people running skyjacker on here. There are much better options for performance and lift when it comes to 3" lifts. All Depending on what you want to spend of course. Look into Bilstein 5100s or some Coilovers from ICON. Give me a call, and I can get you setup with what will work best for how you use your truck.

I can get this sky jacker for 763.44 with nitrogen filled 2 struts and 2 shocks. If you can build me a better one for around that price, 3 inch, then im in. heres what the kit includes. check it out and lmk what we can do http://4wheelonline.com/addMapPop.aspx?productID=86528 I use it for street, like back and forth to work and off road too like trail riding and riding on hunting land. no rock climbong or heavy mudding. Ill just be putting AT's on it probably 32's yoko geolanders
