Looking for a bed rack

where can i find something like this?


i have the thule hull a port kayak rack system already on my civic. im looking for the bars, brackets and everything to mount across my bed to carry my kayak. those ladder racks sit a bit too high for what im looking for.
looking for bars that go just above the bed that can sit a kayak or basket on

I would love to buy a kit if thats possible. unless someone wants to make one for me

I have a Yakima rack that I mounted to my bed by using the rain gutter mounts for a fiberglass bed cap. I bolted them to my bed sides. The Thule system uses these:
