Looking for a head

So I have a 1998 taco with a 3rz. It was running like crap so I pulled the head off g o find a cracked head block is good
Here's my delema do I go with a new one off of eBay or a remanufactured one off of a website I have heard good and bad things about them I have searched and searched junkyard and all over washington with no avail what should I do anyone know somewhere reconable to buy a remanufactured head from I'm afraid of buying a cheap Chinese peice of junk and it doing damage to my motor if it fails

Had great results with a full rebuilt head from these for an old Sonoma. Local to me, so I can't speak to shipping.
