Looking for a Waterfall around Eugene, OR to Drive to for Mothers Day. It has become tradition to drive out to one on Mothers Day, but I am new to Oregon and only got my truck 2 weeks ago. So I am not very knowledgeable on the roads around here. I wanted to find a nice one that I can get to with the State Parks Closed, so that I can take a pic and text it to the Mom on Sunday. Any ideas? My truck is still stock so nothing crazy... yet ;-)

Henline is a fun short hike and on an unimproved NF TH so should still be open.

Easy. Sahalie Falls about an hour east of Eugene. I live nearby and it's open and just as beautiful as always.

When I used to live down that way we'd go swimming at wildwood falls East of cottage grove (drive up past Dorena Lake and just keep going till you see Lower Brice Creek Rd on the left). While it isn't a grand waterfall I've always found it pretty. From there you could drive up into the national forest pretty quickly. I see several waterfalls on NF-22 just looking at google. I can't vouch for any of those.

Not sure if it is open yet, but there are some nice falls on the Old McKenzie Hwy that goes the back way into Sisters. It is a pretty outstanding road in general. IIRC there are at least 3 falls along the way, and one is a pretty good hike past a lake.
