Looking for Access Cab with less than 150k miles - Automatic

My dad just retired and is 65 and wants a "retirement truck" to keep the mileage off of his primary vehicle. What he is wanting:

Tacoma Access Cab (wants a 6 ft bed without having the long-wheel base of the DCLB's).
Less than 150k Miles
Automotive
Not "built" - no armor, huge lifts, snorkels etc.
Preferably 2WD - would consider 4WD
Hoping to stay in the 10-15k range. Willing to travel anywhere in the South-East for the right truck but the closer to South Alabama/Florida Panhandle the better!

Incase you're still looking, my 2010 is right at 150k miles. Access cab, V6, auto, 4x4. No lifts, armor, etc. Never been off-road. Located in the Panhandle.
