Don't by previous owner. Lift and wheels. I've added an alpine stereo and speakers. Amp to come soon. Camper shell and mattress
A bolt fell out of the bracket on one side. So the other side was torn open.
Need new brackets cut and drilled.
Then need someone competent at welding them back into place accurately enough to not cause driveshaft imbalance issues.

For as much as i can tell the one bolt dropped out in my drive home.
What's bad is i just looked at that this weekend. While i was trying to sort out a diff leak.

Coincidence. I bought a bearing to replace this one from another member this week. I noticed dry rot in the rubber last week.

I seem to have a nose for trouble but not always see how sideways it's about to go or how fast it's going to happen.

Yeah driving home from work. There wasn't any real noise from it. It was my last mile home. Sounded like i had more active tires or low pressure in my tires when it happened... The shaft braced against the fuel tank.
Very lucky i didn't punctures and ignite
