For the Jayco it is listed "as equipped" with batteries and full propane but I don't know if that is the industry standard.

They usually don't since trailers are usually taxed by their weight. I know mine was delivered to the sales lot without the propane and battery - too be supplied by dealer - part of dealer prep. The advertisement tongue weight was way lower than mine actually was when delivered.

They list the dry weight as supplied to the dealer at 406lbs and 460lbs with batteries and propane. The dry weight is a bit higher on our unit too because we got the cold weather package. Without it is 4,350 I believe.

Well, this spring came and we decided to go with our original favorite, the Forest River Sonoma 167bh This will put us right around 3600 loaded. Heading out this weekend for our annual spring break camping trip.

    Nice trailer!

We looked at a few with that layout but wanted separate beds for my boys, so we went with the bunkhouse. We did look for one in that range with double axles but in the end fell in love with the one we got.
