id say the 285\70-17's would look best, well if your thinking about running stock rims? but yeah those tires is what almost everyone runs on TW with a 3'

Ask visa or my wife. They both constantly remind me how much I've got left to spend.
I've got Nitto 285/60R18 dune grapplers on mine with a 3"toytec lift. They have a bit of a rub if you turn real sharp but I refuse to cut the body mounts on an 09 with less that 1200 on it.

I have 265/70/17's on my stock wheels. And I personnally think it is a perfect match. I don't have to worry about rubbing anything. I went with General Grabber At2's. I like them a bunch!

I also have 265/70 17s with my 3 inch lift. I think they look fine and there isn't any rubbing issues.

I too have 265/70/17 with a 3" lift, I think it looks great with my new DuraTracs.

No I really don't need the spacers I got the because I was going to get 285/70/17 but I got an excellent deal on the 265's. For lift I'm running fox's 2.5 res and just the tsb for the rear.

    Hi:
New to this forum and was looking for some helpful tips. I have an 07 TRD Double cab 4x4. Currently I have a 3" Revtek kit installed with 265/70/17 tire on Mickey Thompson 17x9 rims. Thinking of going with 285/75/16 tires 0n 16x8 Moto metal 950's. What woild be the issues if I do as far as any rubbing or will I need to trim anything? Heard I would need to remove at least the front mud flaps but thats not a problem. Dont go 4 wheeling with this truck. Got my other Toyota for that. Thanks!
