    i saw this truck parked at the marina parking in long beach Ca. during the Grand Prix. Makes me want to wait for a 2018 Tacoma.

    Buys AC OR so he can get MT (guessing of course) 17/20 mpg
    Lives in Long Beach, will never get highway miles: Baseline 17 mpg
    EPA numbers are BS factor: -2 -> 15 mpg
    California gas: -2 -> 13 mpg
    Oversize heavy tires: -2 -> 11 mpg
    Kind of person who drives around with hundreds of pounds of softener salt in his bed: -1 -> 10 mpg
    Kind of person who writes this sort of thing on their window: -1 -> 9 mpg

    By my calculation, he's getting 4 mpg more than he should.

    Probably not compensating for the larger diameter tires also. The odometer and computer are not accurate on the OR as it is. Forty days at dealer is legit complaint.
